NEUNER HAUS - AM KEMPELENPARK

Flexible, variable and adaptable apartments were developed between two public/semi-public podium zones to meet the needs of the Neuner Haus.

Completion of the overall urban development situation

East- and west-facing main structure and 2 adjoining south-facing structures with access via arcades.

The green walkway between the two building elements creates a translucent "green curtain" in the direction of the highway.

We see the all-round access walkways as promenades that adjoin communal areas, common terraces, external connecting staircases or lounge and meeting niches.

A heterogeneous building with different areas for different target groups. The consistent grid and supporting structure allow a high degree of flexibility.

The entrance area opens up with views in all directions and leads to the consultation rooms on the first floor and the café with guest garden, kitchen and event space. The retail area can be seen as a central hub.

The shifted volumes provide the office areas with covered and open terraces, exciting communication axes in the immediate vicinity and a view into the distance.
